Our specialized approach to Palliative care provides support and relief for individuals with chronic conditions. We focus on managing clients physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being and comfort. Unlike hospice care, which is specifically for those with limited life expectancy, palliative care can be provided at any time after the diagnosis of a chronic illness, regardless of life expectancy. 

Assistance with activities of daily living. Tasks are personalized to your needs and may include grooming, dressing, and bathing. 

Falls are the top cause of serious injuries for seniors. 1/3 seniors have sustained an injury from a fall, that number is too high! Altra Homecare's fall prevention program helps lower the risk of slips, trips, and falls for the elderly at home.
